What it is and why it matters
Diagnosis helps to distinguish data error, calculation rules, filter or access to a resource. So you can fix the cause without deliberately changing several parameters at once.
When to use it
- When the chart does not match expectations.
- When the list is empty, the search is long or the function returns an error.
Terms explained
- UT, UTC and time offset
- Universal time provides a common time basis for calculations. The UTC offset converts local clock time to that basis; do not apply it twice.
- House and cusp
- Houses are the twelve chart sectors associated with life topics in astrological practice. A cusp marks the beginning of a house; its position depends on the time, location and house system.

How to use it
- If the original data has not been loaded, check the network and click "Try again".
- If the chart values do not match your expectations, turn local time, UTC correction, calendar, coordinates, system houses and zodiac.
- If the table is empty, check the filters and period. For too large task, cut the period or number of planets; long search can be stopped.
- If you missed the chart, check that it is the same domain and browser profile. Restore backup if necessary.
- For formula errors, read the line and position; for the assistant, check the key, model and network.
Settings and options
Select an option to learn how it works and when to use it. The label beside its name shows whether it affects calculations, chart appearance or data.
Calculation warnings / Try againAction
Explains when the program applied a backup algorithm, did not find ephemeris or did not download the resource.
- What changes
- Repeat downloads help after network recovery. Replacing system houses or skipping bodies requires reading a specific message.
- When to use it
- Do not hide the warning when viewing the result; check the actual data and algorithm in the tabs "Data" and "houses".
The result
Notifications and checked parameters will help determine the cause and repeat the action.

Consecutive scanning reduces the search for cause and helps to formulate an accurate description of the problem for support.
What to check for a precise comparison
In the problem message, record steps, expected outcome, parameters and error text. Do not clean storage without a backup.
Keep in mind
Before cleaning the site data, save a backup. Re-boot tabs and cleanse storage are different actions.
Date beyond available ephemeris or non-calculative system houses on high latitude have separate warnings.
