Finding event locations
Find the areas of the map where the astrologer is performing.
Screenshots show the Ukrainian app interface. The English guide describes the same controls.
What it is and why it matters
Geographic search evaluates your formula on a grid of locations. Instead of checking cities one by one, you first obtain areas that meet the specified formal condition.
When to use it
- When you can formulate the desired location of points or houses.
- For the preliminary selection of places with subsequent re-location check.
Terms explained
- Astroformula
- A condition written in the app’s formula language. It can be checked on a chart or searched for in time, in a database or on a map.
- Relocation
- Casting a chart for a different location at the same universal moment. The observation location changes; the event’s actual date does not.
- House and cusp
- Houses are the twelve chart sectors associated with life topics in astrological practice. A cusp marks the beginning of a house; its position depends on the time, location and house system.
Where to find it
Astronomy is the “Search for Places of Reality”.
How to use it
- First set the desired forecast circuits and background date.
- In the location search box, type a formula, such as JU.H10 SUB VE.H1.
- Set the step of the grid and press “Search”.
- View the cells found. Click a specific location to check in the relocation; "Cleanse" removes the search result.
Settings and options
Select an option to learn how it works and when to use it. The label beside its name shows whether it affects calculations, chart appearance or data.
FormulaCalculation
The condition in the special language of Zorya Astro: for example Sun.Ari checks the Sun in Aries. & means “and”, Echo — “or”. This is not a field of ordinary question to AI.
- What changes
- In search only selects moments, chart or places where the condition is true. The syntax error has a line and position.
- When to use it
- Start with one simple condition; check it in "Check formula" and then combine several.
- Example
- Sun.Ari & Mar.0.Sat: Sun in Aries and Mars' conjunction with Saturn. The presence of conjunction is checked with orb of the relevant rules.
Grid stepCalculation
Distance in degrees between the geographical locations being checked.
- What changes
- A smaller step gives a thicker grid and longer calculation; a larger one finds wide areas faster. The cells do not mean checking every address inside.
- When to use it
- First inspect with a rough grid, then check the particular city separately.
Ring identifiers in the formulaCalculation
Without a mark, the formula refers to the radix, the apostroph indicates the first predictive circle.
- What changes
- JU.H10 checks the radix; JU'.H10 refers to an added ring. The required ring must be open.
- When to use it
- Before launch, turn the order of circles, their parameters and background date.
Search / ClearAction
Launches cell selection or removes the found cover of the map.
- What changes
- The result shows the number of cells with the condition performed. Cleaning does not remove the chart.
- When to use it
- After changing the formula, repeat the search; the result means the matching of the criterion, not a guaranteed event in place.
The result
The map will identify the cells in which the formula is executed.
Worked example
This is a teaching example; results for your chart may differ.
- Situation
- You are interested in places where Jupiter gets into the X house or Venus in I.
- What to do
- Enter JU.H10 | VE.H1, choose the grid step and inspect the areas found.
- How to read the result
- Illuminated cells meet the formula; they are not an automatic rating of city suitability.
For professional practice
Allows reproductively search for places by their own criteria and use open predictive circles in the condition.
What to check for a precise comparison
The grid is a discrete sample: a thin area can be missed in a large step. Check the specific coordinates and the belonging of points to circles.
Keep in mind
Without an apostroph, the formula refers to the radix; JU' means the point of the first predictive circle. The result depends on the step of the net.
